If your child is swimming champs on Monday, we need a volunteer from your family to make this meet a success!  Also, please sign up to donate to the concession stand. Even if your child is not swimming on Monday, you are certainly welcome to help us out with a shift or concession item! 

Many families have stepped up and we thank you! We know it's tough to get off work on a Monday or to find someone to watch your kids while volunteering, but perhaps parents could trade off watching each others' kids while you put in a shift for the Otters. You can even work a shift that is different from the shift your child is swimming or diving in.

The Monday shifts we are in dire need of help with are below. You could even split the hours with a friend, if needed. If you are splitting a shift and both need volunteer credit for the shift, let Kelly know and she will ensure both of you are entered and each get a full credit.

For concession donations, we have the option for you to Zelle a $20 donation to help pay for all the items Angela and Suzanne are going out to buy for us.  Also, in the afternoon, we still need Mac & Cheese in a crock pot (it's a HUGE seller for us) and Apple slices - 20 individual serving bags.

I know swim team is a lot of work!  To lighten our parent volunteer load, I have found some kids who need volunteer hours for school or national honor society and are using them to staff the tshirt sales. Kudos to Wendy, our parent volunteer treasurer, who will supervise those volunteers. :)  I have confirmed 2 kids for each of the first 2 sessions on Monday and I have a lead for the last session, too.

I can't believe how quickly the season has gone. Today is the first day at Champs - Senior divers are at Gahanna.
