Highlands Otters is a swim and dive team which is supported by the City of Westerville (Ohio) Parks and Recreation department. To register for the Otters swim team and to pay registration fees, go to their website at https://parks.westerville.org/.
After you are formally registered by the city, you will be invited to create a login for this SwimTopia site. On this site, parents will find swim/dive meet information, sign up for volunteer jobs at home meets, receive important team announcements, see meet results, etc. Also, before your child is entered in a meet, they must be registered with SwimTopia because this is also the software we use to put the athletes into their specific events.
