Do you know a kid who needs to bank some volunteer hours for National Honor Society, NJHS, boy/girl scout, or church? 

We have a very easy and fun opportunity for them!  We need to staff a t-shirt booth at our league championship swim meet on Monday, July 19.

We need a minimum of 1 volunteer per shift, but 2 would work better. The volunteers will sit at the table to show off the sample Champs t-shirts. If we have any inventory left, they will sell the shirts. If not, they will instruct parents to use a QR code to order the t-shirts online. It would be great if volunteers could bring a phone, tablet, or laptop to help parents order t-shirts online. 

It would be so wonderful if we could get a group of teenagers to do this - maybe a boy/girl scout group could take over the responsibility of staffing the tent all day. Or maybe a rising senior is looking for a resume-building leadership role such as "Organized and led a group of volunteers at a community event for the City of Westerville".

Proposed shifts are below, however shifts could be whatever you want as long as we cover from 8am to 7pm:

1. Shift 1: 8U,6U 8am - 11am
2. Shift 2: 11am -3 pm
3. Shift 3: 3pm-7pm

Please let me know if you can help with this need.  If not, we will just add it to the volunteer jobs that our Highlands Otters will need to cover. I'd rather not do that if we can help the kids with their volunteer hours.
