Declare AVAILABLE or NOT AVAILABLE for each meet!
Go into SwimTopia and declare whether you are available or not available for EVERY single meet that has the green MEET ENTRY button. You must do this before noon on Sunday for this Wednesday's meet.
Also, please declare for each meet, whether you think you are eligible or not. While you are there, you may want to declare for all meets, if you know your summer schedule.
Divers who are not swimmers too, please select "unavailable" for all COSA meets on Saturday.
Swimmers, your coach will decide who will swim on Wednesdays and who is eligible will depend on who is on vacation and on who has the fastest times. For Saturday meets, everyone who does not swim Wednesday is eligible to swim. However, if you do not declare "available", we cannot get you in the meet.
Please log in to SwimTopia to declare if you will be attending each meet.
- After you log in, go the the Meets & Events tab and select the "Meets and Events with Signup Calendar" page
- Click the green "MEET ENTRY" button next to each meet
- Click the green Edit button
- Select if you are available or not available from the drop-down
- Click the Save button to save your entry
