The GCSL and COSA meets are now open for you to do these important steps:

Meet Entry: Use the green “MEET ENTRY” button to tell us if your athlete is available or is not available for each meet. Do this for all GCSL and COSA meets even if you do not know if your child’s times are fast or slow enough for the meet. You must RSVP or you will not be entered into events.

• For COSA meets, you must RSVP by 11am the Thursday before the meet.
• For GCSL meets, you must RSVP by midnight on the Sunday before the meet.

Job Sign Up: Use the green "JOB SIGNUP" button to sign up for volunteer shifts and concession donations. Each family is required to work at least 3 volunteer shifts before July 16 and to bring a concession donation to each meet they attend.

• It is fine to wait until you know what meets your child is attending before you sign up for volunteer shifts and concession donations.
• Although most parents volunteer for meets that their child attends, it is also okay to get your volunteer credits during meets your child is not attending.
• We will keep the green “JOB SIGNUP” button turned on until the day before the meet.
