City of Westerville Registration

If you are doing online registration on Friday, you must have already purchased a Highlands pool pass. So, stop at the Westerville Community Center to get your Highlands Park Aquatic Center season pass before Friday! This year, we need to cap registrations at 35 per age group. If some groups do not fill up, we will transfer those openings to another age group and use a waitlist to add more kids.

Otter registration start times are below:

  • 5/14 Fri noon online for Westerville residents
  • 5/15 Sat 8am in person for Westerville residents at the Community Center
  • 5/16 Sun noon online for non-Westerville residents
  • 5/17 Mon open registration

Team members require a Highlands pass at the time they register for the program. You can purchase both at the same time, but passes must be purchased in person, so you will need to wait until at least Saturday. If you are doing online registration on Friday, you must have already dropped by the Community Center to purchase a pass.

After you register with the city, Kelly (team manager) will get your information and will send you a link so you may register with SwimTopia. This is required so your child may be put into swim meets and so you have access to all the communications and athlete-specific information on our Website.

I know we won't accommodate everyone - and some parents are not happy with practice times. This happens every year, no matter when the times are, so we do what we can. Although not ideal, parents may ease the burden by creating car pools and grouping kids together to cycle to practice.

We are just thrilled to be able to have a team this year and are really looking forward to the pool opening and the fun beginning!
